Instructional Design Specialist

Dr. Mi Ok Cho joined Edukey in the summer of 2006 and is co-managing all areas of learning and course design with Dr. Kwan Eung Lee.

In parallel, Dr. Cho is a visiting professor at Iowa State University where she teaches advanced leadership training, instructional design and self-managed learning instructional design. Previously, she taught instructional technology courses at Yeonsei University and Sookmyong Women’s University in South Korea.

She is also Vice-President of ELTech Trust Management Institute in South Korea. She is a well-known consultant in leadership development in Asia and has developed leadership and cultural innovation programs for many global companies, including Samsung Semiconductor Co., LG Electronics, GM-Daewoo Automobile Sales Co.

Her major research interests are development of great leadership in the organization, cultural changes and innovation to create a great place to work, leadership development for children, effectiveness of self-managed learning, and virtual learning environment.

Dr. Cho completed her PhD in Curriculum and Instructional Technology at Iowa State University.
