Child Psychology Specialist

April Leung joined Edukey as its Child Psychology Specialist in July 2006 and is active in the areas of research, program design, workshop facilitation and parent consultation.

April has been teaching for over 5 years in different private and public school settings with students in daycare, kindergarten, elementary and secondary school and different language backgrounds in Vancouver, Canada. She also worked as a facilitator in the Read-Along Program at the Vancouver Public Library.

April holds a B.A. in Psychology (minor in Early Childhood Education) and a post baccalaureate diploma in Education from Simon Fraser University, Canada. She holds additional certifications, such as a Day Care Licensing certificate, an Ambulance Level D CPR for Children certificate, an Emergency First Aid – Child Care certificate, as well as holds TESL and TESOL certifications from Oxford seminars, Canada.
