Alan Debonneville co-founded Edukey in the fall of 2005 and currently is overseeing the operations and growth of the company in Asia.

Prior to launching Edukey, Alan co-founded IGE (www.ige.com), which became worldwide leader of added services to MMOG players (Massively Multiplayer Online Games), both in the market of MMOG information portals and in the trading of virtual currency, weapons and game characters. Alan served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer from IGE’s inception in 2001 until early 2006. He was then responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s e-commerce strategy, revenue growth and pricing, and the technology and customer service teams, which led IGE into one of the fastest growing Hong Kong internet-based companies to reach over 200 employees in Hong Kong, and overall 500 employees throughout Asia.

Born in Lausanne, Switzerland, Alan also has a passion for languages and speaks fluent French and English, has a good command of Spanish, Italian, German, and is now learning Mandarin Chinese.
